Institutional workshop on “One District One Product”
One Day institutional workshop on “One District One Product (ODOP)” was organized by ACECM on 23rd of December, 2021. The workshop was organized by Mr. Amit Kumar, who in the beginning welcomed all the speakers, Dean (ACECM), faculty members, and students. Then Dr. S.K. Chauhan gave a brief introduction about the Eternal University and courses offered by the University and college in particular.
Mr. Amit Kumar requested the speakers to start the session. The session was started by Dr. Chethan Chittalker Director of MGNCRE with the introduction of the concept “One district one product”, the importance of entrepreneurship, and specifically entrepreneurship in the context of rural areas. He briefed the participants about the concept of “Experiential Learning” and encouraged students to join the path of entrepreneurship by experience or doing things not by studying only but by trying to earn while learning.
The session was further continued by Dr. Chander Mohan Gupta of Shoolini University- a mediator for organizing the event. He highlighted the concept of budding entrepreneurs in higher educational institutions and their importance. He mentioned the schemes and subsidies offered by Govt., through which budding entrepreneurs can get the benefit.
After the session, a Question-and-answer session was conducted, all the questions of the participants were answered by the speakers. Lastly, the vote of thanks was given by Dr. S.K Chauhan. He expressed thanks to all the worthy speakers, organizer (Mr. Amit Kumar), other faculty members, and students.
