October 2025 in the Music Department Performance Room.
A total of 12 students from B.A. 3rd Semester participated
enthusiastically in the activity.

students by promoting skill-based, flexible, and holistic education.
They discussed both the advantages and challenges of implementing
multidisciplinary learning in higher education.
Participants highlighted that NEP
2020 encourages the combination of arts, science, and technology to help
students gain broader knowledge and practical skills. They also suggested ways
in which the Music Department could collaborate with other disciplines to make
learning more creative and relevant.
The discussion provided students
with an opportunity to express their thoughts freely and learn from each
other’s perspectives. It helped them understand how NEP 2020 aims to prepare
students for future challenges through integrated and practical education.
Conclusion

and enriching experience for all participants. Students actively engaged
with the key ideas of the NEP 2020 and proposed innovative suggestions for

With continued encouragement and
institutional support, the Department of Music can move toward a more
flexible, creative, and multidisciplinary approach to education in the
future.
