Vision

To achieve recognition as an institution of excellence by fostering innovation, creativity, and a culture of entrepreneurship.

Mission

  • To promote innovative thinking focused on national priorities.
  • To provide entrepreneurship opportunities for students and faculty.
  • To nurture and support start-ups and innovative ideas.

Functions of IIC

  • Conduct various Innovation, IPR, and entrepreneurship-related activities prescribed by MIC in a time-bound manner.
  • Identify and reward innovations and share success stories.
  • Organize workshops, seminars, and interactions with entrepreneurs, investors, and professionals; create a mentor pool for student innovators.
  • Network with peers and national entrepreneurship development organizations.
  • Create an Institutional Innovation Portal to highlight innovative projects by faculty and students.
  • Organize hackathons, idea competitions, and mini-challenges with industry involvement.
