Personality Development

Extension lecture was conducted on 23rd Oct, 2021 in Akal College of Education, Eternal University Baru Sahib for the B.Ed. students on the topic of “Personality Development”. The guest speaker was Dr. Narinderpal Singh, who is one of the most respected and renowned figure in the fields of Education and Research. He has an experience of about 40 years of teaching at various levels.

And Col. Anand Sir who served Army and now voluntarily serving in The Kalgidhar Trust also presided over as a guest speaker. The lecture was very educative and informative for the students .They developed deep knowledge into the topic about personality development and also shared views regarding teaching techniques, methods, training and education. The lecture was very informative.

They discussed the main points of a good and ideal teacher:                    

1. Be a keen learner                   

2. Good Communicator                    

3. Have command over subject                    

4. Command over Methodology                     

5. Passionate about teaching                                      

6. Good Human being 

The lecture was attended by all the students of B.Ed. The lecture ended by vote of     thanks given by Dr. Raina Bhatia, Principal, ACE, Eternal University
