Independence Day
Like every year Eternal University,
Baru Sahib, Celebrated Independence day on 15th August 2024 with great pomp and
Splendor. It was the 78th independence day.
Despite rainy day all of the staff members, teacher and students were present there. Everyone on the
campus was geared up and enthused for the momentous occasion.
The independence day started at 9:30am with Prof.
Jaswinder Singh, Vice chancellor of the University, unfurling the Flag
commenced the function and student of Department of music, Akal college of arts
and social sciences sang National Anthem. as well as everyone with them paid
their respect and sang the national anthem with great enthusiasm. After that The
Vice Chancellor of the University addressed in speech what is the importance of
independence day. Then students of Department of music, EU. performed a patriotic
song in group, very gracefully. Apart from that some other students and staff
members also sang patriotic song.
