On 6th July 2024, the Green Innovation Club, part of the Eternal University Clubs and aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), organized a highly successful Tree Plantation Drive at the Baru Sahib Campus.
Event Highlights: The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from the students of Akal College of Nursing. Their commitment to nature and sustainability was evident as they actively engaged in the planting of 128 trees across the Baru Sahib Campus. This initiative is not just a testament to their dedication but also to the collective effort of the university community in promoting environmental conservation. The nursing students displayed remarkable dedication and teamwork throughout the event. They meticulously prepared the planting sites, ensured proper planting techniques, and took responsibility for the post-planting care of the saplings. Their actions reflect a deep understanding of the importance of trees in maintaining ecological balance and combating climate change.
