Brief Discription:

The Department of Mathematics, Eternal University, Baru Sahib, successfully organized an online alumni meet to reconnect with its former students and strengthen the alumni network. A total of 16 alumni participated in the interactive session. The event was attended by faculty members Dr. Surjan Singh, Dr. Soni Bisht, Dr. Shivani, Dr. Bharti Kaur and Ms. Harpreet Kaur. The session was moderated by Dr. Surjan Singh, who personally interacted with each alumnus, asking about their current engagements-whether they are pursuing higher studies or are employed-and invited feedback on the differences between Eternal University and the institutions or organizations they are currently associated with. A warm and engaging interaction followed, where alumni shared their experiences and expressed appreciation for the support and education they received at Eternal University. During the session, Dr. Surjan Singh also informed the alumni about the upcoming convocation scheduled on 17th May. He invited all students who are receiving their degrees to attend the convocation ceremony in person and celebrate their academic achievements together with their teachers and peers. The department looks forward to hosting more such events to maintain meaningful connections with its alumni and foster a sense of community.
