Padma Shri  Shiromani Panth Ratan Sant Baba Iqbal Singh ji was the Founder President of The Kalgidhar Trust, The Kalgidhar Society Baru Sahib and The Chancellor of Eternal University. He bids Adieu on 29 Jan 2022 in the age of 95 year at Guruduara Baru sahib Himachal Pradesh. Gurmat Smagam in the sweet memory of Baba Iqbal Singh ji was held on May 22, 2022 at Guruduara Shiri Guru teg Bhadur Sahib ji Sector- 34, Chandigarh. Students of B.A (Hons) Music Instrumental and M.A Music instrumental from department of Music, Eternal University, Baru Sahib Recited Shabad Kirtan on the Smagam.
