The laboratory facilities and well established fields are there to develop practical skills of the students which are nourished by experienced and dedicated staff. Agriculture plays a crucial role in the Indian economy, therefore keeping this aspect in view the curriculum is framed which varies, from learning about agricultural meteorology, soil science, horticulture, agronomy, production and protection of crops, plant breeding, post- harvest technology and agriculture economics as well as statistics with a balanced summation of theory and practical. During each semester students will face different sets of theoretical subjects as well as practical workshops along with laboratory sessions. The last year of the course will comprise hands-on training, Student READY program, which helps in tying up all the learning in the first three years, to make students job-ready.
