Course Overview

Eternal University is committed to impart high quality of education to the graduating students of Agriculture. The laboratory facilities and well established fields are there to develop practical skills of the students which are nourished by experienced and dedicated staff. Agriculture plays a crucial role in the Indian economy, therefore keeping this aspect in view the curriculum is framed which varies, from learning about agricultural meteorology, soil science, horticulture, agronomy, production and protection of crops, plant breeding, post- harvest technology and agriculture economics as well as statistics with a balanced summation of theory and practical. During each semester students will face different sets of theoretical subjects as well as practical workshops along with laboratory sessions. The last year of the course will comprise hands-on training, Student READY program, which helps in tying up all the learning in the first three years, to make students job-ready.

Eligibility

Intermediate (10+2) in Agriculture/Physics, Chemistry, Biology (PCB) or Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics (PCM) or Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Biology (PCMB) with 50% marks in aggregate from a recognized University or Board. In case of SC/ST and Physically Challenged category candidates, the minimum aggregate required shall be 40% marks. The minimum age should be 16 years or above as on 01st July of particular year in which admission is sought

(Agri.) candidates can look for higher education programs such as M. Sc. in Crop Physiology, Genetics & Plant Breeding, Plant Protection, Fruit Science, Vegetable Science, Floriculture & Landscaping, Soil Science, MBA in Agri-Business etc.
