Course Overview

M.Sc. Ag. (Entomology) is post-graduation program which deals with the study of Agriculture in various aspects of insect pest management in relation to agro-ecosystem and human habitat. In order to qualify for this program, the aspirant needs to have completed their B.Sc. program in Agriculture or any equivalent examination. The curriculum of M.Sc. Ag. (Entomology) focuses on classroom study comprising of theory and projects which enables students to gain a deeper understanding of the subject. Before the completion of the course, aspirants are required to submit research study on the topics as deemed by the faculty. In Eternal University the focus of the program is to impart students with knowledge not only of insect pests but also the benefit of arthropods along with the training to understand the interaction of nature, plants, and insects in order to bring about scientific breakthroughs in the subject This program thus builds a strong ground for students who wish to pursue research studies in Entomology.

Eligibility

B.Sc. Agriculture/ Horticulture or B.Sc. (Hons.) Agriculture/ Horticulture with minimum 50% marks from a recognized university.
