Training and Placement Cell
The Training and Placement cell of Eternal University has been established with the objective of providing a platform for the corporate and institute interaction. The placement cell looks for the opportunities for the upcoming leaders of the corporate. The cell in collaboration with the faculty and students aims to cater to the growing challenges of the industry and inculcating in the students the leadership and technical ability to provide their valuable contribution to the corporate. Placement cell is well organized and has a long list of well qualified and experienced professionals from industry and academia with Placement Coordinators from each department. The placement activities are conducted round the year in the university.
Eternal University with its diverse programmes, priorities, commitments, values and efforts strives to emerge as a world-class women's university with its centers of excellence in Science, Technology, Arts and Management. Major emphasis will be focused on developing and strengthening industrial-institution linkages and harnessing strength of its alumni for skill development, technology transfer, resources generation and employment opportunities.

We at the training and placement cell put all efforts to satisfy students and their parents expectations for the future career goals. After graduation we encourage students to join corporate jobs or opt for higher education. We organize webinars, guest lectures and seminars for appropriate selection of jobs and higher studies. We also have an Entrepreneurship cell to guide and encourage aspiring students to go ahead with entrepreneurship. Majority of the students opt for corporate jobs so we work on two parameters:
In a nutshell, the idea of T&P Cell is to prepare graduates while at college, not only to train them well on latest technologies or certifications but also have the ability to integrate the learning across the foundation areas to apply the learning into real time situations and also have professional skills to effectively compete in this competitive marketplace, through teamwork project management effective communication logical and innovative thinking.

Placement Process
Placement Process
A Placement calendar is strictly followed from October to November and January to April and the companies are invited to the University for all streams. The students are given presentations by the company representatives explaining about human resource policies, job opportunities, job profile and package of their companies. The companies often give short duration written tests before comprehensive interviews and group discussions of the academically sound students. Many times the students have multiple placements offers. Many students of the University have got opportunities abroad with very good packages and positions.
After passing out from the Nursing College, students become able to serve at best institutes of India like PGI Chandigarh, AIIMS (Rishikesh) Medanta Medicity Hospital (New Delhi), IV Hospital (Mohali), Max Smart Super Specialty Hospital (Saket, South Delhi), BLK Hospital (Delhi) etc. with marked 100% placements. Students of Akal College of Nursing are placed as Nursing Officers in various reputed Government Hospitals like AIIMS (Rishikesh), IGMC (Shimla), PGIMER (Chandigarh), Banaras Hindu University (Varanasi). On the other hand, some students pursue higher studies in Abroad. Students from each batch since its foundation have been selected as Nursing Lieutenant in Indian Army.
The students of ACE got 100% campus placements in a chain of 129 Akal Academies located in Punjab, Haryana, Rajasthan, Himachal Pradesh and Uttar and many of our students cleared Teacher Eligibility Test (TET).

In process of signing an Mou with NASSCOM and the Ministry of Electronics and IT. Bringing Future skills Prime, an E-Learning Platform on emerging technology and professional skills for the students and educators .Future Skills Prime platform is designed as a resource for all the learners to not only develop digital fluency on new-age technologies but also build advanced skills by getting certified on industry defined & SSC NASSCOM validated skills on both emerging technologies and professional skills.
In process of signing another Mou with IBM Innovation Centre for Education (ICE) Program. It is a global initiative by IBM, to offer industry-aligned knowledge to graduating students, in emerging & cutting edge technologies and futuristic areas through applied/project-based learning. IBM ICE (Innovation Centre for Excellence) programs can be offered to various streams of B.Tech, BSc-IT&CS, MBA, MCA and M.Tech in the college, universities and institutes.
EU will provide mentorship for Pega Technology this will help the students to access online resources, classroom training and certification to EU’s Computer Science students, enabling them to master its platform for application development across domains like Digital Process Automation, Real Time Decisioning and Robotics.
Mandeep Kaur, BTech Final year CSE student of 2021 batch has been selected in Pega Systems Hyderabad, has bagged the highest job offers package received by an engineering fresher in 2021.
